Customer Account Manager - Scotland Various - Circa £21,000 DOE

The Role

The Customer Account Manager (CAM) is Buy As You View's representative to the customer and is therefore the "face" of the company. This role will have you meet, build relationships with and help hundreds of customers in their homes. Your customers want the same things you do - televisions, household goods, electronics - and you can help them manage their finances to get what they want via a hire purchase repayment method. Our system of rounds will ensure that you really get to know all of your customers.

Opportunity

A key requirement for this role is the ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers who you genuinely want to help. We are looking for self-motivated, outgoing individuals who like working independently, competing against themselves, offering excellent customer service, and, ideally, who have a sense of humour. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential as evening work and occasional Saturday hours will be required.
